In order to book a surf lesson, we need a valid credit card and a real name linked to that card, just to prevent any fraudulent issues, you can call that information in. We need a total headcount of persons who want to do the surf class, plus Height, Weight, Gender and Ages of all who are going to participate, this info will help determine wetsuit size.

1-A No refunds or credit if there is a last minute cancellation. 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a private surf lesson, a one time make up lesson and a $50.00 rescheduling fee is applied. There are NO REFUNDS on NO SHOWS or if you are stung by a stingray and cannot proceed to finish the surf lesson, ocean species are out of our control, we are not responsible for incurred time travel to our location, we show up! 2-B If you are 20 minutes late, it is considered a NO SHOW, you automatically get charged for the lesson. Our schedule is tight and we can’t afford to get pushed back on our time, If you pay for surf lessons and (someone out of the group just changes there mind for any reason not to participate in the lesson), you still get charged, Are surfing instructors put in travel time, gas, and possible surfing instruction, so they need to get compensated for there work! For adventure, corporate, and large groups, There is a $250 cancellation fee if the amount is $900 or less, any amount between $1,000 to $2500 is a 30% cancellation fee. We pay our surf instructors for there Travel Time, Gas, Loading up Equipment and there Effort to be there on time for you! There is an 8% service charge or tax using a credit card.
